The compact KP100 Series pressure controller combines a digital pressure sensor, a control valve, and PID control for closed-loop pressure regulation. It offers control accuracy of ±0.25% of full scale and an RS-485 interface. Custom configurations are available for chromatography, semiconductor processing, CVD, reactor pressure control, and other applications.
