How we handle your information

Inquiry information

When you submit an inquiry, we store your name, company, work email, country or region, optional phone number, selected product, and project requirements so our team can respond.

Inquiry records are available only to authorized administrators. They include the submission language, time, and limited source information.

Document requests

When you request a PDF, we store your contact details and the document you requested so our team can send it to you.

Optional website statistics

If you allow statistics, we record page visits, referral websites, campaign labels, language, approximate country or region, and general browser and device categories. A random identifier helps us count returning visitors.

We do not store your full IP address in visitor reports or use advertising trackers. Country information is approximate and may be unavailable.

You can decline statistics and still browse products, request documents, and submit inquiries.

Retention and contact

Visitor reports cover the last 90 days. Older visit records are cleared when new visits are recorded or an administrator opens the dashboard. Inquiry records are retained while needed to handle your request and follow-up; you can request deletion by email.

The hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website.
