The LU300HB Series clamp-on ultrasonic flow meter separates the sensor from the electronics for high-temperature liquid measurement. The sensor mounts externally, without cutting the pipe or interrupting production. Applications include cleaning equipment, chemical processing, and food and beverage production.

Measurement conditions & notes
The LU300HB separates the sensor from the electronics for high-temperature operation.
The sensor clamps onto the outside of the pipe without pipe cutting or a production shutdown.
Four screws secure the sensor for straightforward installation.
Non-contact measurement has no moving parts in the flow path and adds no pressure drop.
Supports multiple compatible metal and plastic pipe materials.
Applications include cleaning equipment, chemical and fine chemical production, and food and beverage processes, particularly high-temperature fluid measurement.
